Founded by Melvin Stahl in 1974, Bedford began by manufacturing products for the agricultural market. Today, the company offers pultruded composite solutions and fabricated structures with a focus on speed, flexibility, and service. This strategic partnership with Bedford Reinforced Plastics follows the recent alignment of Strongwell and GEOTEK in March of 2026 as sister companies with common ownership in a holding company structure. The new holding company, STRONGTEK, reflects the strength and technical advantages of the companies’ products alongside a shared commitment to growth. Granite Partners is the long-term, majority owner of STRONGTEK.
