Granite Innovations
Granite Innovations is a multi-faceted space that welcomes leaders to advance relationships, wellbeing, and excellence. Home to Granite Partners, GeoComm, and Anderson Center, and providing comfortable meeting rooms, wellness spaces, development areas, and a coffee shop, this collaborative hub serves all companies, organizations, and initiatives across the Granite community.
A space to connect, collaborate, and create
The cross-organizational Granite community includes over 3,200 team members of the Granite Companies, over 250 members invested in the Granite Funds, and over 100 advisory and service partners. Connecting these stakeholders enables collaboration, and collaboration provides a framework to grow companies and create value for all stakeholders.
A place to sustain Granite for 100 years and more
Branded with granite, this transformed space serves the Granite community as a conference center, talent center, innovation hub, and community space. The building has unique architectural elements, including a section of floor that showcases granite sourced from local quarries, celebrating the historic role of granite in the Central Minnesota economy.
Sustainability elements are integral to the design of Granite Innovations. Beginning as an eco-friendly renovation of an existing building, its new high-efficiency fixtures, LED lighting with occupancy sensors, and EV charging stations are just a few of the ways the physical space models sustainability. Carefully designed to further innovation and promote growth, Granite Innovations enables stakeholders to come together in ways that enable the overarching Granite objective of 100-year sustainability.
