Cornerstone Award Recipients
The cornerstone is one of the first stones laid in a foundation, orienting and supporting the rest of the structure. The Cornerstone Award recognizes individual investors, executives, and advisors who have made foundational contributions to the Granite mission.
Congratulations to Scott von Fischer, Rollie Anderson, and Larry Korf, who were each recognized for their foundational contributions to the Granite mission.
Net Promoter Score Stakeholder Survey Results
At the Stakeholder Meeting, we conducted our sixth annual stakeholder survey and gathered information on our Net Promoter Score (NPS), which is a measure of how likely it is for our Stakeholders to recommend a friend or colleague to Granite Equity. The Net Promoter Score is a measure of affiliation and trust.
The NPS is calculated by taking the “Promoters” (those who scored a 9 or 10 on the likelihood to recommend question) minus the “Detractors” (those who scored a 6 or less), with respondents providing a score of 7 or 8 being considered “Neutral” (the possible scale of outcomes is -100 to +100). It’s a question of how many “Net Promoters” (less Detractors) an organization has. In 2014, Granite Equity’s overall NPS increased from 71 to 73. In addition to the quantitative data, we also have qualitative feedback. We use the qualitative feedback, along with our internal business plans, to affirm existing and/or establishing new continuous improvement initiatives that would further increase stakeholder trust in the future.
